IN A BOWL, ADD THE VERY FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS,FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES,FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE,MIX IT WILL

FOR THE ONION DOSA:

  1. TAKE A TAWA/GRIDLE AND HEAT IT
  2. RUB THE TAWA WITH AN ONION SliCE
  3. TAKE A LADLE FULL OF BATTER AND DROP IT AT THE CENTER
  4. FROM THE CENTER SPREAD THE BATTER IN CIRCULAR MOTION AND MAKE IT ROUND
  5. ADD THE ONION MIXTURE AS THE TOPPING ALL OVER THE DOSA
  6. SMEAR OLI ALL OVER THE DOSA AND ALSO AT THE CORNER OF THE DOSA
  7. LET IT COOK FOR FEW SECONDS ON MEDIUM FLAME
  8. FOLD THE DOSA AMD REMOVE IT
  9. SERVE THE DOSA HOT WITH ANY SIDE DISH SUCH AS CHUTNEY OR SAMBAR
